One team.
One contract. We're on it.

From the first conversation to the final fix, you deal with one point of contact. No departments, no handoffs, no chasing. Just a team that takes personal ownership of the whole job.

01
First Contract

Tell us what you're working on.
We'll be straight with you.

Deanhouse was set up in 2008 as a bespoke joinery and fit-out business. It grew quietly, project by project, entirely through word of mouth. No shortcuts. Just good work and the clients who remembered it.

The business has always been built around the same idea. Take ownership of the job, deal with problems head on, and don’t walk away until it’s right. The team has grown, the projects have got bigger, but that hasn’t changed.

Straight talking, no surprises, personal ownership of every project. That’s not a set of values written on a wall. It’s how everyone here works, every day.

Design & Planning

Your concept,
made buildable.

Our CAD team work from your drawings or brief and produce full manufacturing drawings in SolidWorks and SWOOD before anything goes near a machine.
We flag problems at this stage, not on site. Materials are procured in advance. Lead times are confirmed upfront. You get clear costings with no surprises later.

03
Manufacturing

Made in our workshop.
Not outsourced.

Everything is manufactured in our West Yorkshire facility. Joinery, fabrication, solid surface work. Our own team, our own machinery, our own standards.

Quality is checked before anything leaves the factory. What arrives on site is what was specified. No substitutions, no last-minute changes, no calls from a supplier we’ve never met.

Installation & Handover

On-site, on programme.
On it.

Our own installation teams go to site. We manage subcontractors, run site visits and handle the snag list ourselves. One Contract Manager oversees everything.

We don’t hand over until everything is right.

The things we
won't compromise on.

Straight answers, always

We won’t say yes when something is wrong just to win the job. If there’s a problem with the brief, the budget or the timeline, we’ll tell you at the start, not halfway through.

No surprises on cost

We agree a price and we stick to it. Our clients don’t receive unexpected invoices or mid-project cost increases. Clear, transparent costings from the outset are a fundamental part of how we work.

Deadlines are non-negotiable

We’ve never missed a deadline. In an industry where overruns are common, that matters. We understand what’s at stake on the other side of a handover date.

One point of contact

You won’t be passed around between departments or handed to a junior when things get difficult. One Contract Manager, one number, full ownership of the job.

Problems dealt with head on

Things go wrong on site. That’s the industry. When they do, we deal with it ourselves. We don’t escalate, we don’t pass the blame. We sort it.

No job too big or too small

We take on projects of all sizes, across all sectors. Scale doesn’t determine whether a job gets our full attention. Every project gets the same team, the same process and the same standard of work.

The rest of what we do

Main Contractors & QS Teams

You need a sub-contractor who performs consistently, communicates clearly and doesn’t create problems in front of your client. We understand the pressure that puts on you and we take it seriously.

Interior Designers & Architects

You’ve put considerable time and expertise into your drawings. You need a manufacturer who treats them with the same care and has the technical capability to realise them properly. That’s what we do.

Venue Operators & Direct Clients

Your opening date can’t move. Your brand standards can’t be compromised. You need a partner who understands what’s at stake and takes full ownership of the job from start to finish.

No job is too big, no request is too small and our team takes personal ownership of every single project and we never walk away until it’s right.

We won’t give false deadlines or under quote just to win work because experience tells us that this inevitably causes problems. We’re in it for the long run.
